Hi, I’m Kevin Hettler, owner of Home Performance Solutions. I started the company after working in the home performance and HVAC industries for over 10 years.
I started down this career path by first earning an Associates Degree in Alternative Energy. I quickly realized that there is an extensive list of benefits to making homes as energy efficient as possible.
It’s great for our comfort level and saves on utility bills. However, there is an equally important bonus of being environmentally friendly and better for the earth – which makes me really happy.
My grateful customers and their cozy homes are what motivates me to crawl around dark, dirty attics and crawl spaces each and every day.
It is really important to me that I provide low-cost, high-quality work. My customers are more comfortable in their homes while saving money on monthly bills and assisting in the fight against climate change.
I am a Certified Building Analyst through the Building Performance Institute, which is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) as an approved developer of American National Standards.
I am currently working toward a Michigan Builders License and understand how home systems work together.

Through strategic partnerships, I am also able to assist with electrical and solar photovoltaic installations.
